Commitment Policy

It is expected that students commit to a full semester of lessons. However, there is a four week withdrawal period should the student not wish to or is unable to complete the semester. If a student withdraws from lessons within the four week “Withdrawal Period” a pro rated refund will be issued contingent on how many lessons were completed. The “Registration Fee” will not be refunded. If lessons are discontinued after the “Withdrawal Period” no refund will be given. Students are also responsible for paying the balance of their account if they are on a payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled lesson please provide at least 24 hours notice. Any last minute cancellations or “no shows” will result in being charged the full lesson fee. One make up lesson is permitted per semester during designated “Make up week”.

Inclement Weather Policy 

In case of inclement weather Livingston Heights Music Center will close in accordingly.
