30 minutes - $600.00 / semester
45 minutes - $900.00 / semester
60 minutes - $1200.00 / semester

Tuition may be paid in two installments; the second installment is due in the sixth week of class.

Payment Policy
Tuition is due at registration or may be paid in two installments. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to the second installment after the sixth week.

Registration Fee
The annual (non-refundable) registration fee for all private students ($40.00 per student or $50.00 per family) is due with the registration form.

The registration fee is due at registration. Lessons will not begin until the registration fee and at least half of the tuition payment has been made.

Make-up Lesson Policies
There are no refunds for, or rescheduling of, lessons or classes missed by a student. Students are allowed one make-up lesson per semester, to be given during Make-Up Week. Cancellations must be given with 24 hours notice in order to qualify as a legitimate absence. Last minute cancellations, or "no-shows" will not count as legitimate absences for Make-Up Week. Lessons cancelled by the teacher or because of inclement weather will be made up at a time mutually convenient for students and teachers.

Inclement Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, Long Hill Music Center will close on days that public school in Madison is cancelled. If the need arises to close down Madison Baptist Church activities due to inclement weather later in the day or in the evening, Long Hill Music Center will also be closed. If in doubt, please call the Music Center office at (973) 377-7108 or Madison Baptist Church at (973) 377-2121.

Commitment Policy
It is expected that students commit to a full semester of tuition payments. If lessons are discontinued before the conclusion of the fourth week of the semester, the semester tuition balance will be refunded. No tuition refunds will be given after that date.
